Job Context:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with at least three years of professional experience in digital marketing. GuardVision Monitoring BD Ltd needs an experienced person who can truly help the company acquire more customers through social media and all other digital marketing channels.

The ideal candidate must be passionate, skilled, hardworking, and a strong team player—highly capable in all major digital marketing tools and willing to learn new platforms as needed.

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing GuardVision Monitoring’s overall digital marketing strategy. Over time, the right candidate will build and lead a small marketing team, eventually taking on the role of Head of Marketing for GuardVision Monitoring BD.

You’ll work closely with the U.S. headquarters to ensure brand alignment, lead generation, and consistent marketing performance across all channels.


Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of digital marketing — SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, content, email, automation, and analytics
  
• Create and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  
• Drive customer acquisition through measurable strategies
  
• Analyze data and report ROI to management
  
• Collaborate with the U.S. team to align branding and marketing direction
  
• Mentor and guide future team members as the department expands
• Having an IELTS score of at least 6.5 will be considered a plus.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional digital marketing experience
  
• Strong technical skills in all major tools (Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
  
• Proven success in lead generation and campaign performance
  
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills
  
• Team-oriented, creative, and eager to learn new technologies
