Job Description / Responsibility
- Capable to work directly with farmers
- Prepare Farmer List
- Capable to manage contract farming activities
- Conduct Farmers training
- Collect product directly from farmer
- Product quality check
- Having knowledge about seed & use of pesticide
- Monitor field preparation, Irrigation & weeding
- Manage transportation system for product collection
- Monitor go-down activities
- Prepare cultivation and weather record
- Daily reporting.
- Payment management through financial institutions.
- Any other jobs assigned by Management.
Job Nature: Full-time
Educational Requirements:
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Field related Activities and Social Development sector.
Job Requirements
- Must have experience in Field related Activities and Social Development sector.
- Must have knowledge in Computer & internet browsing.
- Good knowledge about Microsoft office, Excel
- Good writing & speaking skill in English and Bengali
- Capable to drive motorcycle and having motorcycle driving license must.
Job Location: Patuakhali, Ishwardi, Pabna, Cox’s Bazar (Anywhere in Bangladesh)
Salary: TK.12,000/=
