Job Responsibilities

• Experience in Construction works with 4 or 3 Basement of High-rise Building.
• All kinds of supervision for structural, masonry, finishing work (Shuttering, Re-bar & concreting work)
• Prepare BOQ/ Estimate of all kind of materials as per drawing and work schedule.
• Monitor progress against accepted construction schedule and review the Contractor’s progress reports. Assess the progress and inform the Project Manager and client in case of delay.
• Direct, assist and monitor the performance of Construction Inspection and Office Engineering staff.
• Client Handle capacity and Prepare addition & omission file as per client requirement.
• Overall supervision of project safely, security and equality of all type work.

Educational Requirements

• B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed university.
• Skills Required: MS Office package, AutoCAD is must

Experience Requirements

• At least 10 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Construction Work, site supervision, Project Management, QC & Compliance
• The applicants should have hands on experience in the following  area:
• Hands on Experience on standard HSE policy, building maintenance, 

Additional Requirements

• Age 30 to 40 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• Should have sound knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Internet surfing , E-mail, etc.
• Well trained and good Official Correspondence in writing.
• Experience in Reputed Construction Firms.
• Must have strong Communication & Management Skill.
