Job Description

  • Ensure proper documentation of existing and upcoming requirements for the Toffee Service, inclusive of diagrams, written requirements, and data assessments
  • Assist in the development of systems, maintenance, and launch of services related to Toffee
  • Ensure that post-launch requirements analysis, requirements gathering, analysis and launch of services are working properly and providing proper guidance to the Project Manager and other involved parties for the development of Toffee Services
  • Create release and go live plans for the Toffee Service for new requirements that are in-line with the overall goals of the Toffee service related to the launch or new features and release of bug fixes to improve the overall Toffee service
  • Update Release Plans for future releases with improvements and changes within the goal of continual improvement in the process and governance of the requirements gathering process
  • Effective use of visualization tools (such as Visio, PowerPoint, etc.) to create workflow diagrams consistent with process best practices
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure strategic technical planning, project management, performance engineering, risk management and interface design in order to perform data-driven improvements in the Toffee service
Academic Qualification
  • B. Sc. in Electrical /Electronic Engineering /Computer Science & Engineering /Communications /Telecommunication Engineering from any UGC approved university
Job Experience Required
  • 5 years of relevant experience
Required Capabilities
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Mobile App RE role
  • Demonstrate clear knowledge of UX impact on code solution
  • Demonstrate clear knowledge of API impact on code solution
  • Programming background preferable.

What is expected of this position (deliverables within next 1 year)
  • Define templates, processes, and measurements for new requirements for the Toffee service.
  • Build metrics for reporting on the requirements that are being defined for future release.
  • Create requirements documents for new and existing features that reflect the engineering requirements and technical guidance for building these features.
  • Report on outcomes from previous feature and requirements documents defined by the RE.
  • Prepare template reports for review and improvements of the requirements gathering process.
