  Position  

Position: Officer, Accounts and Logistics, BRAC Road Safety Program

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Collect, prepare and submit Road Safety Programme and BRAC Driving School training bills.
  • Check and ensure appropriate accounts head wise posting.
  • Monitoring and share financial report of BRAC Driving School and Road Safety Programme
  • Collect data, prepare and share MIS reports of BRAC Driving School and Road Safety Programme.
  • Maintain and regular update stock registers.
  • Issue the requisition of stationery logistics to timely Road Safety Programme
  • Collect, store and distribute stationery items on the basis of programme requirement
  • Monitoring the distribution of training materials and logistics to participants
  • Maintain effective relation with stakeholders to meet any emergency efficiently.
  • Training Coordination: - Maintain training calendar. - Ensure training venue and logistics
  • Ensuring training report preparation documentation and submission.
  • Take necessary steps for marketing of BRAC Driving School training.
  • Liaison with government offices, development partners and NGOs concerned with driving training and road safety and projects of BRAC as well
  • Ensure use of technology in BRAC Driving School.
  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of practice, promote and endorse the safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do.
  • Perform other necessary legal tasks assigned by the authority.
  Requirements  

Educational Requirements:

  • Masters from any public or recognized university. Social Science/statistics/ accounting/ /MBA

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 02 years of experience in a comparable position in INGO/NGOs.

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Develop plan and organize workshop/seminar.
  • Conduct training session on road safety.

Age Range: Maximum 40 years
