Position: Officer, Admin and Logistics (Contractual); Humanitarian Crisis Management Programme

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Supervise office cleaner and office assistant as applicable
  • Coordinate workshop & meeting arrangement
  • Coordinate events as necessary
  • Maintain supply inventory
  • Ensure logistics supports to sectors at branch level
  • Assist operation team in branch level to ensure admin supports
  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place,encourage others to do so
  Requirements  

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in any discipline from any recognised university/ institution

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics support

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Commitment to an understanding of BRAC core values and principles
  • Have minimum reporting skill.
  • Willingness to live and work in difficult and rapidly changing conditions
  • Ability and willingness to travel and stay in the field
  • Have excellent knowledge on Office Applications.
  • Excellent language skills both English and Bangali
