Job Responsibilities:  |
- Perform microbiological testing as follows:
- Standard Plate Count
- Total coliform
- Faecal coli / E. coli
- Vibrio cholera
- Salmonella sp.
- Vibrio parahaemolyticus
- Listeria monocytogenes
- Staphylococcus aureus
- Perform environmental monitoring for maintaining clean rooms (under ISO and EU specifications).
- Read, trend and report environmental, personnel, in-process, raw material, finish product and water bioburden testing results.
- Prepare and send out samples for microbiological identification.
- QC microbiological sample receipt for internal testing, login, processing, tracking, equipment cleaning and maintenance.
- Provide information and advice to colleagues and external bodies.
