Job Responsibilities:  |
- Create an optimum replenishment plan for raw & packaging materials against the production plan & rolling sales forecast.
- Define material requirements and issue purchase requisitions ensuring delivery dates, lead times, MOQ, and min-max stock.
- Coordinate with cross-functional team (business, production, commercial, QC, C&F, and others) to ensure both local and imported RM-PM availability as per production plan to ensure timely delivery of FG.
- Manage directly with the defined supplier the delivery schedule of materials including creating, sending, confirming, and receiving including claim management.
- Identify & communicate issues concerning plant shutdown, and material shortage within the planning period.
- Reduce and prevent obsolescence of raw & packaging materials by proactive monitoring of inventory level
- Support in supplier development & selection process.
- Establish continuous improvement culture, review product & process failure, and execute continuous improvement activities.

We Require:
-
B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE)/ Science Background.

MBA in Supply Chain Management/ Operations Management will be added advantage.

At least 7 years of working experience in relevant fields (Chemicals/Industrial Unit)

Excellent knowledge of material management, inventory management, and asset planning.

Proficient with ROFO, MRP, BoM, MPS, capacity planning, inventory management ERP, etc.

Skilful in data compilation, analysis, interpretation, report formation, early warning management, and presentations.

Experience in vendor development and management.
