Business Manager, Rice Business

In ACI a Business Manager will be set in an top level position where the incumbent/s will be responsible for formulating marketing strategy, brand marketing plan, launching plan and action plan.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Understanding about FMCG market, market behaviour, consumer trends, consumer needs and potential area for future growth.
  • Being Custodian of the assigned business
  • Excellent understanding of marketing research management with deep customer insight.
  • Intensive knowledge of product management which consists of development of promotional material, preparing the promotional budget, allocation of promotional materials, analysing components of a product cost etc.
  • Understanding of project management.
  • Good understanding of printing and packaging related activities

We Require:

  • Having Graduation / Masters in any discipline; MBA degree holder will be preferred
  • At least 9 (Nine) years of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Having good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skill
  • Tech Savvy and sound knowledge in new marketing trends
