  • We are 360-SUPPORTS" a growing international call center looking for Experienced Telemarketing Representative & English Medium Students for USA Based campaigns responsible for soliciting sales over the telephone, who must be Fluent in English.

Job Description / Responsibility

  • The Telemarketing Representative’s responsibilities include contacting potential customers to close sales, and documenting customer information, purchases, and reactions.
  • The Telemarketing Representative must have excellent communication skills as well as sales ability and should be meticulous in keeping records, also be able to handle all aspects of making a sale.
  • You need to answer outbound B2B/ B2C calls from USA to sell our product & services.
  • You need to ask questions to understand customer requirements and close the deal.
  • You need to be receiving calls & customers enquiries to sale our products/service over telephone as per the instruction provided.
  • Applicant needs to work for night shift 5-6 days a week ( 8 PM – 6 AM Bangladesh Local Time).

  • A Level
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • O Level
  • [American International University Bangladesh, North South University, Independent University, Bangladesh, BRAC University, Uttara University] students will get preference

Skills Required: Telemarketing, Cold Calling, Real Estate Sector and Telemarketing, Telemarketing and sales, B2B telemarkeing

  • 3 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    • Call Center, International Call Center, Telemarketing
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    • Telecommunication,Call Center,Call Center

Additional Requirements

  • Age at most 35 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Experience in B2B, B2C Cold Calling, Telemarketing in Any International Call Center will get higher priority.
  • Fluently Speaking English and Good sales ability is MUST.
  • Excellent communication skill.
  • The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
  • The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.

Job Location: Dhaka (Khilkhet)

Salary

  • Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
