  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Record call details and update CRM systems as needed
  • Work closely with the team and supervisors to meet quality benchmarks

  • A Level
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Masters
  • IELTS

Skills Required: Sales & Marketing, Teamwork, Call Center, International Call Center, Cold Calling, Appointment Setting, Telemarketing, Outbound and Inbound Calls

Experience Requirements

  • At least 2 year(s)

  • Age 18 to 35 years

Salary

  • Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
