Job Type

  • Remote / Work from home (Possibility to shift to office in Dhaka in near future)

Job Responsibilities

  • Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Slack, Upwork, Github)
  • Craft and send recruiting emails
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements
  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired
  • Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks
  • Promote our employer brand online and offline
  • Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)
  • Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Bachelors from any department from Top Rank University.
  • Exceptional Academic Result . But anybody who have sound soft skill should apply
  • Skills Required: Analyzing data, Business Development, Data Analysis, Human Resource Management, Statistical Data Analysis, Statistics

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    • Business Development or Operation Management, Data Analytics, Engineering, HR Business partner for Sales, HRIS, Management, Public Speaking, Recruitment and selection, Statistical Data Analysis, Statistics
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    • Individual/Personal Recruitment, Manpower Recruitment
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply

Additional Requirements

  • Age 21 to 35 years
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to positively present our company and convince people in Professional channels.
  • Effective time-management abilities
  • Must have a LinkedIn account
  • Must possess personal computer (Desktop/Laptop)
  • Must have smooth internet connection.
  • Experience working as a Talent Analyst or similar roles.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting
    Boolean search strings)
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management
  • Systems (CMSs)

Salary

  • Negotiable
