Senior Executive / Executive – Recruitment

Our leading European organization is recruiting for the above-mentioned position at our HQ, in the heart of Dhaka. This role includes a variety of responsibilities and multi-tasking, giving you the opportunity to gain exposure and an understanding into a leading multi-national company. The incumbent will have opportunities to expand his/her skill set within the company and reach other positions and aspirations through successful demonstration of performance, ability and the desire to learn and grow.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist recruitment & selection process through prepare job advertisement, Shortlisting applications/CVs
  • Prepare candidates summary profile of short listed candidates & coordinating the interview process
  • Conduct initial phone interview for relevant positions
  • Ensure email communication to each candidate informing them about the interview schedule and inform the candidate over phone as well
  • Provide recruitment support (schedule the interview and send the invitation electronically to the interviewers, prepare documents for the interview board, interview spreadsheet arrangement/preparation
  • Processing written test, computer test and any other functional tests
  • Reference check for the selected candidates
  • Communicate concern teams (Finance, IT, Transport & Admin) regarding new joiners joining information for smooth operation
  • Data entry on MIS (ERP software) of newly joined employees
  • Verify certificates and other documents of new joiner
  • Maintain and update the employee personal file
  • Maintain CV Bank & follow up as & when any recruitment process starts to find suitable candidates
  • Maintain all kind of recruitment related database for smooth operation
  • Assist to prepare/ develop / update Organogram for different departments / Business Units

Educational and Experience Requirements

  • BBA/ MBA/ Masters in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology from any reputed University
  • Minimum 3 years corporate experience in recruitment with 400+ head count is essential

  • Incredible attention to detail
  • Excellent command of written and spoken both in Bangla and English
  • Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
  • IT proficiency - advance level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Specially, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Understanding of discretion and the importance of confidentiality
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team
  • Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic
  • Strong presentation and delivery skills
  • Ability to multi task and remain organized, meet deadlines
