Manager / Assistant Manager - IT

Job Responsibility
- Manage and administrate all messaging systems (email, archive, spam, security, instant messaging, enterprise voice, mobility and Office 365)
- Administrate and support Microsoft Active Directory as it pertains to Microsoft Exchange and Skype for Business
- Manage Servers and server’s checklist maintenance (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Responds to server monitoring system alerts to evaluate and remediate identified problems
- Ensure proper documentation where relevant
- Ensure operational support for the Windows server environment, Active Directory, DNS, etc.
- Ensure smooth operations to the end users in terms of IT
- Ensure the migration and remediation of email to Office 365 whenever it necessary
- Identify the vulnerabilities and their mitigation
- Maintain effective communication with vendors, peers and clients in support of assigned projects and tasks
- Write and maintain scripts to automate and troubleshoot systems as necessary
Experience and Educational Requirements
- Post Graduate degree in CSE/EEE from an accredited university
- At least 6+ years of working experience in the related field
- Experience in the following areas: Windows Server/Exchange Server, Office 365, Networking
IT Proficiency
- Knowledge on Windows 2012/2016/2019 Active Directory and MS Exchange Server 2010/2013
- Microsoft Professional Certification would be preferable (MCSA, MCSE, MCITP, MCTS)
- Must have 2+ years of Office 365 experience including migrations from on-premises
- Office 365 MCSA highly desired
- Must have both hands-on implementation experience, and expert level knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Exchange 2010/2016/O365, Lync/Skype, SharePoint 2007/2013, Active Directory)
- Must have strong scripting abilities/experience with PowerShell
- Sound knowledge on Windows Server administration 2012 or above
- Knowledge on MS Active Directory
- Advance level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Specially, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
