Job Description

Dimensions: Performance evaluation, Reward & Recognition, Training & Development and Grievance Management.
Key Accountabilities: The job holder is primarily responsible for the effective delivery of Learning and Growth solutions to related Function. However, the job holder is also required to proactively work with the rest of the HR Team in communicating business needs, and ensure these needs are part of the development of HR strategies and solutions.  The job holder is required to:

  • Identify training need and develop training calendar, budget and module.
  • Deliver training across various categories e.g. soft skills, functional skills, technical skills, behavior and motivational skills and company strategy for the Quality team.
  • Ensure effective delivery of training and assess results and impact.
  • Organize, facilitate and conduct training according to the schedule.
  • Evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of training programs (pre and post) and maintain reports.
  • Ensure that professional development and training requirements are followed through and reviewing the process and update the associated documents as required.
  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual training reports.
  • Produce and manage training materials and manuals for the company.
  • Organize training venues, logistics, transport and accommodation as required to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery.
  • Ensure all training activities and materials meet with relevant organizational and statutory policies, including health and safety, employment and equality laws.
  • Develop internal trainers both for soft skill and functional/technical skill development.


  • The position requires to travel to the remote offices. Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area travel may be expected.

Education and Experience Requirements         

  • Minimum of 4 to maximum 10 years' experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
  • Working knowledge of training and people development of a minimum of 03 years is a must. Experience in other multiple human resource disciplines, including organizational diagnosis and development, employee relations, diversity, performance management, reward recognition and labor laws is preferred.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in HRM preferably from public or top tier private university.
  • Relevant industry experience is highly preferred.
