Senior Executive / Executive Training & Development

Job Purpose

Develops and administers training programs for employees, assesses training and development needs for organizations, helps individuals and groups develop skills and knowledge, creates training manuals, presents in-person training sessions, monitors training for effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversees training programs that include in-person trainings, printed manuals, group sessions, internal trainings, external trainings and more
  • Determines training needs and requirements for the organization or group by meeting with managers, talking with team members, administering surveys and or evaluating performance
  • Reviews existing training materials produced by third parties to determine appropriateness and relevance
  • Modifies or creates course materials and training manuals to meet specific training needs
  • Presents in-person and hires qualified trainers to do so
  • Administer training calendar, organizes information technology and other equipment, and serves participants
  • Monitors training programs and manuals to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date and makes updates as necessary
  • Works with managers to address learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departments
  • Manages costs for all programs in order to report to organization executives regarding a return on investment
  • Specializes in business industry and keeps current on the activities and needs of the industry by attending regular meetings, conferences, and seminars
  • Maintains understanding of new educational and training techniques and methods

Experience and Skills

  • 5 years corporate experience with 400+ head count is essential
  • 3+ years’ experience with design, development, delivery and evaluation of multiple training programs in business corporation, professional services or educational institution
  • Strong communication and client service skills able to interact and build rapport with a range of people at different levels
  • Highly organized, high attention to detail, completer/finisher
  • Having experience as MC (Master of ceremonies) will be an added advantage

Educational and Certification Requirements

  • BBA/ MBA/ Masters from a reputed University in Human Resource Management, Psychology or related fields.
  • TOT certification is highly preferred
  • Attended various soft & hard skill training courses & certification
  • Certification on Presentation training courses

  • Strong presentation and delivery skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
  • Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
  • IT proficiency - advance level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Specially, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
  • Ability to multi task and remain organized, meet deadlines
