HR Executive / HR Coordinator – Quality Control Field Operative

Job Description       

Dimensions: Recruitment, Performance evaluation, Reward & Recognition, Training & Development, Retention, Grievance Management and Separation.
Key Accountabilities: The job holder is primarily responsible for the effective delivery of HR solutions to related Function. However, the job holder is also required to proactively work with the rest of the HR Team in communicating business needs, and ensure these needs are part of the development of HR strategies and solutions.  The job holder is required to:

  • Contribute to execute HR strategies with focus on the quality team.
  • Partner in manpower planning, focusing on the maintenance of a backup manpower pool to ensure that no resource gap is happening in quality team.
  • Consult with Quality Assurance Managers, In-Line Supervisor and team members to identify and analyze learning needs, and develop the Strategic and Unit learning plans for assigned QC team.
  • Fully deliver all HR interventions to the function through professional execution of HR strategies and processes (i.e. Recruitment & Selection, Performance management, Culture initiatives, resignations, Grievances, etc.) for the team.
  • Partner with Quality Assurance Mangers and advise on people management issues & Develop employee to grow into new role.
  • Contribute as a member of HR for quality team in achieving the deliverables of functional agreements and KPIs.
  • Work with managers to address employee issues and assist with performance management.
  • Drive Talent review process in quality department to ensure right people at the right job with right skills and at a right cost.
  • Facilitate all members of the team to understand and support the vision as well as strategy of the business.
  • Work closely with Quality team in factories and collaborate to develop process & and ensure implementation of HR practices where applicable.
  • Continuously develop the business awareness through active participation in functional meetings, projects, discussions, etc., to ensure HR is contributing in its role.
  • Develop internal trainer pool for the functional training.
  • Will act as a single point of contact for the Quality team members to the HR team and will be associated further.

Travel

  • The position requires to travel to the remote offices. Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area travel may be expected.

Education and Experience Requirements         

  • Minimum of 4 to maximum 10 years' experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including organizational diagnosis and development, employee relations, diversity, performance management, reward recognition, Training and labor laws.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in HRM preferably from public or top tier private university.
  • Relevant industry experience is highly preferred.
