Senior Executive / Executive – International Accounts

Job Responsibilities

  • Preparation of various management reports for Management
  • Prepare daily receiving report for Cash Receipt, Bank Deposit, Re-Deposit, Dishonored, Adjustment & Sales Receipt of the corporate and reporting to the Manager / Director, Finance & Trade
  • Prepare regular analysis of income and expenditure to assist management in the budget monitoring process
  • Co-ordinate with every department and collect statistical data and source documents
  • Communicate with clients, prepare invoice and preserve different documents as priority
  • Check and verify each and every data reflecting operational activities
  • Check cost affecting information with different locations
  • Execute regular statutory reports
  • Follow-up, checking & review the accounting transactions
  • Manage cash flow for the company
  • Monitoring Billing and Recovery
  • Prepare of daily Bank reconciliation statement
  • Carry out any other tasks as delegated by management

Experience and Educational Requirements

  • 3-4 years relevant working experience in Corporate field
  • Candidates having working experience in RMG industry will get preference
  • In-depth knowledge and work experience on ERP / MIS systems
  • M.Com/ MBA Major in Accounting/ Finance from a reputed university and CA (Course Completed is preferred, partly qualified can also apply.)

  • IT proficiency - advance level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Specially, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
  • Ability to multi task and remain organized, meet deadlines
