Job Description / Responsibility

• Analyze current market & promote product.
• Generate new customer & expand business.
• Full Follow-up of running orders.
• Prepare time and Action plan to ensure timely production & delivery.
• To keep updated record of all samples, color, design approvals, lab test.
• To achieve sales and realization targets in the Area and contribute to the profitability of business through maximization of realization ensuring customer satisfaction through commercial and technical initiatives.
• To ensure customer satisfaction through technical, marketing and commercial support with faster response to customer queries.
• Value added service to improve the technical/product performance of the customers.
• To ensure timely & satisfactory closure of all complaints
• Prepare the customer database and make sales improvement plan.
• Monitoring the sales target.
• Assist in negotiating pricing, terms and conditions
• Forecast sales volumes and prepare action plan accordingly.
• Follow up with customer and ensure on time payment collection.
• Overall responsibility of Marketing & Merchandising Department.
• Monitoring, supervising & coordinating each and every aspect of the Merchandising & Marketing department.
• To ensure sustainable measures by improving sales and acquiring new customers also, market share, customer satisfaction, profitability and productivity.

Educational Requirements:

• Graduation from any reputed university
• Skills Required: Fabric & Lace Sales & Marketing

Experience Requirements: At least 02 years

Additional Requirements

• Age 22 to 30 years
• Male & Female allowed to apply
• Motor bike ride knowing applicant is highly preferred with license
• Good in English at both written & Verbal
• Fabric & Lace Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing
• Strong Communication & Computer Skills
• Team Leading ability
• Ability to work under pressure & time frame
• Should also have very good personal linkage with big RMG/Textile factories in Bangladesh.
• Must have Technical Knowledge about Fabric and Production.
• Must have knowledge about how to solve any kind of fabric issue that can arises at any given period.
• The applicants should have experience in the following areas: Lace & Fabric-Marketing, Merchandising, Production.
• Highly pro-active, energetic and self-motivated
• Must have good command in MS Word, Office Excel Applications & E-mail communication.
