JOB SUMMARY:

Sales Executive (SE) is a position who serves as ZSL brand ambassador and influencer in all industries. The SE’s role is to grow ZS product sales and add-on businesses always. He or she is held accountable for sales performance by providing excellent customer service, giving 1:1 and 1:many product demonstrations, and ensuring all ZS fixtures and merchandising elements are up to date and maintained according to ZS standards.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in vendor, corporate or field sales with adaptive and solution based approach to selling.
• Excellent in both english and bangla communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong presentation or group demo skills.
• Extraordinary customer service skills.
• Can able to travel throughout the country
• Having good teamwork skills and make him or herself adapted with the office culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meeting the monthly Sales Target
• Organize sales visit and meeting the daily sales call physically and also over telephone along with demonstrating and presenting products to the prospects.
• Making daily reports and reviewing sales performance monthly

EDUCATION:

• Must have honors bachelor degree major in marketing or management from a reputable university.
• MBA can be added advantage.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience required.
• Experience in the material handling or industrial equipment field is preferred.

AGE: Below 30 years.
