JOB SUMMARY:

Associate Manager (AM), Operations is a ZSL employee who will manage the overall operations of the company starting from procurement till delivery of the products. He or she is held accountable for quality product manufacturing, productions or assembled locally and ensure smooth delivery of the products. He or she is also responsible for demonstrating and ensuring all ZS furniture and fixtures and merchandising elements are up to date and maintained according to ZS standards.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in product and solution deployment
  • Experience in vendor and partner management.
  • Excellent negotiation and managing skill especially in operations management.
  • Excellent in both English & bangle communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Proven self-starter with entrepreneurial style.
  • Can able to travel throughout the country
  • Having good teamwork skills and make him or herself adapted with the office culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meeting the local vendor frequently and make good relationship with them
  • Organize him/her self to ensure the timely manufacturing or assembling and delivery the products
  • Ensure 100% quality production of the products
  • Search new vendors always
  • Reviewing and analyzing the cost against production monthly basis
  • Analyzing and investigating price of parts or components regularly
  • Devising and presenting new ideas and  strategies to the management
  • Making monthly reports

EDUCATION:

  • Must have honors bachelor degree major in operations management from a reputable university.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 4 years operational experience in manufacturing company required.
  • Experience in the material handling or industrial equipment field is preferred.

AGE: Below 35 years.
