Job Description/ Responsibility

  • Responsible for the Secretarial Jobs of the company.
  • Maintain & organize all share related jobs including CDBL.
  • BSEC, DSE, CSE, RJSC and related issues.
  • Communicate with the reporting officials.
  • Discharge any work assigned by the higher authority as and when required.

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements: MBA/ Masters/ M.Com.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 03 to 05 years experience in Share department/ Company Secretariat.
  • The applicants should have working experience in listed company.

Additional Job Requirements

  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to operate computer (MS Office)
  • Good command on software of share department & CDBL
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills in English.

Fully or partly qualified CS/CA/CMA are preferred.

Job Location: Head Office

Salary Range: Negotiable
