POSITION: Divisional Sales Manager

Job Location: Dhaka, Rajshahi, Sylhet

Job Responsibility:

• Finding and Appointing Distributors and Dealers in New Territory and Markets
  
• Maintaining Excellent Relationship with Distributors and Dealers
  
• Achieving Monthly Target
  
• Providing supervision through extensive field visits, observations andmeasurement of results to include performance appraisals and salary reviews.
  
• Ensuring Distributors Timely lifting
  
• Ensuring and Building Sufficient amount of Product Stock at Retail
  
• Executing Visibility Dominance in the market over Competitors
  
• Developing new Consumer Base
  
• Expandingdistribution Territory and Business.
  
• Creating and implementing effective direct sales strategies and lead nationwide directsales personnel (sales and clinical education staff) toward achievement ofcorporate sales objectives
  
• Providing sales management, budget control, compensation programs andincentive planning
  
• Proactively identifying changes in the market, delivery systems, and competitivepressures to develop and modify strategies and tactics accordingly
  
• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  
• Managing to meeting/exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts

Experience Requirement:

• At least 5/10 years of Experience in Marketing & Sales Industry
  
• Having Superior Understanding of Distributor, Dealer and Distribution business

Educational Requirement:

• Minimum Post-Graduation Degree in Business [Preferably in Marketing]
• Additional Training in Marketing & Management (Optional)

Other Requirement:

• Having a “Can Do” attitude
• Experience and success in recruiting,  retaining a high performance and sales
• Team work and a demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse sales team
• Strategy development & Project management
• Management skills
• Exceptional negotiation skills
• Business related computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel as required

Salary: Negotiable
