Job Description / Responsibility

• Lead Collection
• Achieve target in time.
• Help clients determine the value of property they want to sell or buy
• Provide tips to sellers and buyer to help stage property in order to appeal to buyers
• Able to work in field.
• Advertise listed property potential buyers
• Attend listing appointments and show properties
• Negotiate contracts with buyers and/Seller acting on their behalf.
• Communicate with buyers to determine needs then identify properties that meet customer requirements.
• Facilitate and coordinate the closing process on behalf of clients
• Cultivate inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments
• Aid sellers through selling process and buyers through buying process
• Create and practice scripts to deliver the value proposition.
• Help buyers find mortgage options that meet their need
• Assist prospective clients with identifying areas to look for property and suitable properties for their need

Educational Requirements

• Graduate from any reputed university (EXPERIENCE will be preferable)

Experience Requirements

• 4 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
