We are looking for a qualified Digital Marketing Manager to take the lead in developing successful, long-term digital marketing strategies for our company. Digital Marketing Manager
Job Description / Responsibility
- Develop and execute campaigns across all digital channels, ensuring each effort aligns with overarching objectives, strategy, and goals
- Run highly quantitative and data-driven "deep dives", developing strategic roadmaps and rigorous testing plans.
- Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. social media Marketing, SEO, PPC, Content Marketing) to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.
- Oversee and be responsible for country marketing budgets to ensure optimal marketing spend and ROI to attain business goals.
- Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities across the ever-changing digital & social media
- landscape, building strategic partnership with top vendors and platforms.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through testing, evaluation, and rapid response.
- Understand the dynamic interplay marketing, data and technology teams. Scale best practices across the portfolio.
- Monitor and adjust individual campaign spend to align with top line budget
- Partner with Opco to build brand equity and to maximize Yonders' presence in the market while driving activity across all sales, marketing, product arms of the Opco and ensure Yonder is captured in all Opco activities, where possible.
- Oversee creative development with internal design team and external agencies
Educational Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Advertising or relevant field
Experience Requirements
- 4 to 8 year(s)

Job Requirements
- Age 22 to 40 year(s)
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist or Digital Marketing Manager
- Experience implementing and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
- Solid Knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Kochava, App Boy etc.
- Hands on experience with online marketing tools and practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and management skills.
