
Xplorer an International call center is looking for customer care executives. The key responsibility of the positions is to give text support and manage inbound and outbound calls from CRM.

Position Requirements:
- A bachelor in English/BBA/MBA/ from reputed University is preferred. He must need excellent English communication skills both in Spoken and Listening.
- A moderate TOEFL score or IELTS will have an advantage.
- An experience as an International Call Center agent will also be a plus point.
- General experience using MS office software and database management systems.
- Qualification will be considered if you speak English fluently with listening and writing skills to understand US/UK accent, in this case A’ Level /O level Students may also be accepted.
- We require Agents with highly English Spoken and Listening skilled.
