Position: PSS Assistant Program Manager (01)
- Location: World Concern Bangladesh (WCB), Cox’s Bazar (CXB)- Field Office
- Age: Above 25 years
- Salary: Negotiable
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance in support of planning, implementation, and monitoring activities for PSS program.
- In collaboration with relevant actors, maintain an updated matrix of MHPSS actors and ongoing activities.
- Actively participate the MHPSS working group and ensure appropriate reporting.
- Provide guidance regarding PSS activities to all partners and PSS community outreach workers to ensure all program activities meet best practice standards.
- Liaise with referral agencies and assist to make referral to appropriate services for sensitive cases that require specialized support.
- Undertake any training and capacity building sessions when required.
- Being in charge of filing, keeping updated staff reports, and statistics.
- Support PSS Field Coordinators by providing both group and individual supervision sessions regularly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Educational background: Masters OR equivalent experience in Psychosocial Counseling, Psychology, Social work or Mental Health
Experience Needed: At least 5 years experiences conducting or participating in training capacity building of staff and volunteers and/or PFA and/or PSS, experiences in trauma work and experiences in humanitarian context
REQUIREMENTS
- Computing skills (MS office package – both in English and Bangla).
- Ability to work independently while staying aligned with the culture and strategic direction of the organization.
- Works efficiently and professionally with a variety of personality types and in multi-cultural setting.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Office set-up with business hours from 8 am to 5 pm, 6 days a week (Fridays off). S/He may require to work beyond these hours in any emergency situations.
- Will require frequent travel to the Kutupalong Refugee Camp and regular travel to the CXB WCB office.
- Work is within an emergency response program with need to be timely. The office may feel under a lot of pressure during periods of high activity due to the urgent nature of programming.

Position: PSS Field Coordinator (01)
- Location: Cox’s Bazar Field Office
- Age: Above 25 years
- Salary: Negotiable
RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS
- Coordinate the activities of the MHPSS community outreach team groups and any sub-groups.
- Facilitate implementation of the IASC Guidelines over the entire the PSS program.
- Support PSS field Officers by providing regular supervision sessions.
- Work efficiently and professionally with a variety of personality types and in multi-cultural setting.
- Must have problem solving capabilities; be able to work independently while staying aligned with the culture and strategic direction of the organization
- Attend and engage in team meetings and supervision sessions.
- Attend any training and capacity building sessions when provided.
- Good oral and written communication skills Bangla and English.
- Computing skills (MS office package – both in English and Bangla)

Educational background: University degree in Psychosocial Counseling, Psychology, Social work or Mental Health with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Experience Needed: At least 2-3 years experiences of working with INGO/NGO
