Rural Enterprise for Alleviating Poverty II (REAP II) Project of Winrock International funded by USDA is looking for a highly experienced reputable and interested Consulting Firm/Organization for final evaluation of the project (Reference: Memo. No.  REAPII/Final Evl/92/5-15, Dated May 19, 2015). The execution period of the project is from October 2011 to June 2015. The geographic areas of the project are Tala, Dumuria and Keshabpur Upazila of Southwest region, and Tarakanda and Gouripur Upazila of Mymensingh district.

Duly registered firms/organizations interested in conducting this final evaluation are requested to submit their proposals, mentioning the technical proposal (sampling frame, survey design, methodology, time frame as per timeline mentioned in TOR, key personnel’s CV, outline of final evaluation report etc.) along with financial proposal (as per format provided in attached TOR) and copy of valid legal documents (VAT certificate, TIN, Govt. Registration for consultancy firm etc.), previous relevant experience in evaluating development projects executed for the increase of agricultural productivity, household income, marketing of products, heath, nutrition, dietary diversity of the marginal and small farming household etc.

All interested firms are request to submit their proposals in English to: reap.procurement@winrock.org, indicating “REAP II Final Evaluation” in the subject line. The hard copy of the proposal to be submitted to REAP II office, House # 2, Road# 23/A, Gulshan-1, Dhaka-1212. The deadline for submission of the proposal is June 3, 2015. Qualified firm(s) will be invited for an interview. The tentative time for evaluation work including submission of final report by the firm is from June 15 to July 15, 2015.
