Position : Recruitment Manager

Job Nature: Full-time

Job Description/Responsibility:

  • Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
  • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites.
  • Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation. Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation; enforcing regulations with managers; recommending new procedures; conducting training.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; participating in professional organizations.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management or related field.

Experience Requirements: At least 5 year(s) working experience in Manpower Recruitment Sector.

Job Requirements:

  • Computer Skills: Content Management Systems (CMS), Analytics, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Email, Web and Social Skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills, Time & Team management skills,
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication

Job Location: Dhaka

Salary Range: Negotiable

Other Benefits:

  • Probationary period: 3 months; after successful completion of the probationary period, salary will be increased as per salary structure of the organization.
  • After confirmation as a permanent staff, he will have entitled two festival bonuses, Welfare facilities and other benefits as per organization policy.
