Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver across the entire app life cycle –concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support.
• Working directly with developers and product managers to conceptualize, build, test and release mobile products.
• Gather requirements around functionality and translate those requirements into elegant functional solutions.
• Working along w/the web developers to create and maintain a robust framework to support the mobile applications.
• Working with the UI developers to build the interface with a focus on usability features.
• Create compelling device specific and user interfaces experiences.
• Standardizing the platform and in some cases, apps to deliver across multiple brands with minimal duplication of effort.
• Optimizing performance for the apps.
• Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in the mobile technologies.
• Explain technologies and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Education:

• B. Sc/M.Sc in computer science, or related subject from a reputed university.
• Education qualification can be relaxed for outstanding performers in programming language.

Experience: 1/2 year experience on Android Development.

Additional Job Requirement:

• Experienced with HTML5
• Working knowledge of CSS3
• Experienced with JavaScript — including AJAX interactions (at least 2y fairly recent experience).
• Working knowledge of JavaScript Frameworks (e.g. jQuery Mobile, jQuery, Mustache.js)
• "Responsive Design" concepts/approaches.
• Experience in developing and consuming Java-based REST Web Services (e.g. JAX-RS)
• Good communication skills
• Team player
• Experience within cutting edge technologies
• Hands on development background
