Major responsibilities
Accounting and administrative policy
- Implement organizational accounting and administrative policies and procedures in Khulna Regional Office.
Accounts management
- Timely prepare and maintain monthly and quarterly accounts (budget, fund request and project based submission of accounts).
- Process the payment ensuring WildTeam and donor compliance. The payment documents should be timely, complete and accurate.
- Track all internal and external team transactions and report to the line manager.
- Prepare and maintain monthly financial report, bank reconciliation, check register and petty cash.
- Timely posting in accounting software, cash book and the ledger book.
- Prepare the Financial Statement.
- Maintain Legal, Tax, VAT coupon related works.
- Implement and maintain organizational procurement policies and procedures.
- Support financial audits.
Admin management
- Assist supervisor and administrative assistant to operate Khulna regional offices and other range offices in terms of administration, operations and supervise logistics of vehicles & equipment.
- Administer and monitor the administrative system in line with the WildTeam’s policy.
- Issue, code and authorize purchase orders based on financial policies.
- Manage the repair and maintenance of computer and office equipment.
- Supervise administrative services within the range offices' main activities and manage the filing, storage and security of documents.
- Manage and provide logistics support e.g. operating WildTeam boats, hiring cars and vehicles.
- Supervise customer services and respond to customer's inquiries.
- Assist in preparing and advertising of contract documents.
- Administer contracts.
- Any other activities that are agreed with the line manager further to increase the impact of said work. Key priorities, milestones and work plan activities will be set in collaboration with other team members.

Required skills and experience
- At least a bachelor degree from a relevant discipline preferably Finance/Accounting/BBA/MBA.
- At least 2 - 3 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Inputs into budget forecasting for next month/quarter/year.
- Can take the decision on day-to-day activities.
- Can coordinate and monitor activities of own team.
- Can negotiate efficiently with stakeholders e.g. negotiation over logistics’ price with the supplier.
- Able to solve complex problems regarding the logistical operations and promptly raise issues.
- Knows the basics of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Has basic knowledge about OS, internet browsing and e-mailing.
- Can complete assignments within the given time frame.
