Job Context

• A skilled School Administrator for the smooth operation of school administration.

Job Responsibilities

• Managing overall administration of the school.
• Providing needed support to the management in recruitment, performance management of employees.
• Providing necessary leadership to Support staff and monitoring and controlling support staffs’ daily operation, and other disciplinary functions of the school.
• Supervise, monitor and follow up attendance of all employees of the school on daily basis.
• Being the focal point in providing coaching & mentoring, training & development opportunities for the support staff.
• Handling end to end admission procedure of new students.
• Maintaining all official records and correspondence
• Representing school in providing all the necessary information to various stakeholders.
• Coordinating with management, teachers and parents in maintaining various administrative issues.
• Resolving conflicts and managing disputes and disciplinary issues.
• Perform any other task time to time as per instruction by the management

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements

• Master Degree.

Experience Requirements

• 5 to 8 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Education Administration/ Management/International NGO

Additional Requirements

• Priority will be given to those who have proven skill-set in the areas of Staffing & Recruitment, Leading & Managing, Organizational Development, Mentoring & Coaching, Effective Communication, Disciplinary Procedure etc.
• High level of proficiency in English (both verbal & written) is essential.
• Age should not be less than 35 years

Job Location: Dhaka

Salary: Negotiable
