Position: Senior Counselor - Male (International Student Recruitment)

Educational Requirements: MBA from reputed Institution (Foreign Degree is preferable). 

Mandatory Terms & Condition: Minimum 3 (Three) years Service Period Agreement.

Job Description / Responsibility

• He will be the team leader for student recruitment services and other educational training related programs (IELTS, GRE, GMAT, SAT, TOEFL etc.).
• Presenting the company to potential Clients/Students through face to face counseling.
• Maintain excellent personal relationship with all employees and Clients/Students.
• Should have very good knowledge in Computer & Telephone, PABX, FAX, Photocopier and other electronic device operating system.
• Should have take initiative and ability to gain the trust, commitment and co-operation of others.
• Should have team working skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
• Must be experienced in works under huge pressure in relevant field.
• He should provide good marketing plan for the organization & must have ability to implement them.
• He should maintain relationship between higher authority and subordinates.

 Job Nature:  Full-time (9:30am. to 6:30pm. Over time will be counted)

 Experience of Requirements:

• The applicants also should have knowledge & quality in Office management and should obey his superior.

Additional Job Requirements:

• Age 22 to 32 years.
• Good looking, physically fit, excellent presentation with communication, interpersonal and analytical skilled.

Salary: BDT. 16,000/= (Incentive on non-refundable income will be 5%)
