Responsibilities:
- Define & understand the market category and segments; Create annual marketing calendar and must have ability to meet company HVAC / RAC target.
- Day-to-day responsibility for all marketing communications for both the consumers and the retailers.
- Prepare Business plan, structure, process and operating plan to fulfill company sales target.
- Develop good working relationship with customer and retailers and understand / resolve their issues.
- Formulate a comprehensive database of clients and keep doing regular follow ups for leasing space.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Source new business for HVAC / RAC and also work and run a team as a part of team.
- Sound knowledge regarding HVAC / RAC for communicates directly with customers to understand project requirements, design, product operations, evaluate cost, and HVAC / RAC equipments.
- Ensure the confidentiality of the customer list, mailing list and other sensitive company information.
- Must have the ability to fulfill the target both independently and as part of a team.
Job Skills & Required Criteria:
Prospective candidates must fulfill the flowing criteria:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical/ Electrical / Others discipline from a reputed university /institute having no third Class/Division/Equivalent CGPA in academic career. MBA (Marketing) get preference.
- Candidates must have Proven experience of minimum 4 (Four) years in the HVAC / RAC marketing sector.
- Experience in HVAC /RAC industry and in-depth product knowledge.
- Leadership/managerial skills.
- Strategic thinking, strong analytical skill with sound working knowledge of computers and internet.
- Punctual and must have ability to meet company sales target.
- Must have good rapport with Builders, Consultant, Architects and PMC companies.
- Must have good relationship with customers and should have well reputed clientele.
