Responsibilities:
- Responsible for revenue generation across product sales and ensure profit across products sales through marketing department.
- Keep a tab on arithmetic calculations, pricing structures, gross margin and profitability.
- Prepare Business plan, structure, process and operating plan to fulfill company sales target.
- Conduct effective and accurate market research and apply this information to increase market share.
- Conduct regular meeting with distributors and sales team to discuss target status, product training and sales strategy.
- Monitoring and analyze all marketing and sales report and provide effective feedback.
- Coordinate, prepare and launch new products for the assigned market (s) with operation of the sales department.
- Ensure the confidentiality of the customer list, mailing list and other sensitive company information.
- Coordinate with administration, finance, commercial and factory department to ensure timely orders, and smooth function of action in the system.
- Update management on business process and operating plan and financial model and target fulfilling system with profitability way.
- Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line company sales target.
- Source new business for HVAC and also work and run a team as a leader.
- Sound knowledge regarding HVAC for communicates directly with customers to understand project requirements, design, product operations, evaluate cost, and HVAC equipments.
- Must have the ability to fulfill the target both independently and as part of a team.
Job Skills & Required Criteria:
Prospective candidates must fulfill the flowing criteria:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Others discipline from a reputed university /institute having no third Class/Division/Equivalent CGPA in academic career with MBA (Marketing) get preference.
- Candidates must have minimum proven experience of 08 (Eight) years in the HVAC marketing sector and total experience of minimum 15 (Fifteen) years.
- Experience in HVAC industry and in- depth product knowledge.
- Leadership/managerial skills.
- Strategic thinking, strong analytical skill with sound working knowledge of computers and internet.
- Punctual and ability to meet company sales target.
