Position: Regional Sales Manager

VIN GLOBAL DISTRIBUTION LTD. is the subsidiary of VINI COSMETICS PVT LTD which owns the brands FOGG, White Tone, OSSUM etc. We are looking for suitable candidates for our field sales team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve regional sales target Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly.
  • Develop & implement strategies & plans to achieve the target.
  • Establish sales objectives for team by forecasting and analyzing the expected sales volume.
  • Identify new business opportunities to sell products.
  • Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
  • Guides the team to prepare various sales reports and presents to senior management.
  • Recommend changes or modifications in product lines or in promotional materials to maximize the market share.
  • Participate in developing strategies to produce sustainable long-term market share.

Job Nature: Full-time  

Educational Requirements: Graduation/BBA/MBA

Experience Requirements: At least 5 to 7 years in FMCG/Cosmetics industry
