Job Responsibilities:

As an Executive - Customer Relations & Support, you'll need to:

  • Create awareness of and develop the brand you're marketing
  • Identify business opportunities, create new corporate clients, visit tentative corporate organizations & generate subscriptions and develop customer relationships
  • Arranging appoints with new corporate clients
  • Handling Clients / Customer Queries & Follow-up the customers need
  • Maintain and update Clients / Customers database
  • Prepare proposal & documents for signing contract/agreement with Corporate Clients
  • Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns
  • Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups
  • Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts
  • Help producing creative contents (including videos & blog articles)
  • Run social media channels (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement
  • Attend and maintain events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
  • Source and secure sponsorship
  • Liaise with designers and printers and organize photo shoots
  • Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials

Employment Status: Full-time / Contractual

Educational Requirements:

  • Under Graduate (Student) / Graduated from any reputed University in any Discipline
  • Diploma in Computer Technology’s students from any Govt. Polytechnic Institute may also apply
  • After completing HSC or equivalent program, anyone may consider based on her expertise

Experience Requirements

  • 0-2 years’ experience in ‘Event Management’ sector
  • Newcomers/ Freshers are being highly encouraged from VENUE.com.bd’s side

Working hours

  • Generally (Saturday to Thursday: 10AM-6PM). However, you may need to work some evenings or weekends when organizing or attending events or when working on a big marketing campaign.

Additional Requirements

  • Age 20 to 28 years
  • Both male & females are allowed to apply
  • Ability to work in a team with a strong focus on outputs
  • Good analytical ability and problem solving skills with excellent interpersonal relations
  • Having better skill in basic computer, the better knowledge about browsing internet and its usage (with awareness)
  • Strong proficiency in Understanding, Speaking and Writing in both Bengali and English
  • Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
  • The applicants should have the knowledge in the following business area(s):
  • Event Venue business (Community Center, Convention Hall, Restaurant), Event Management Firm, Catering Service, Decorator Service, Wedding & Corporate Photography
  • Preference will be given to the highly capable person with having strong personality as well as smart, flexibility, adaptability & Organizational skills
  • Own Transport/ Driving license holder & Smartphone users get prefer
