Job Description / Responsibility
- To supervise a welcome service to our business passengers at Check in, and at other customer service touch points and to assist in smoothing the customer journey through the airport.
- To solve the problem on site issues which impact on business customer experience at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA).
- Handle customers during flight irregularities, co-coordinating communication with affected passengers to ensure passenger experience remains positive.
- To take service recovery measures when appropriate to protect the customer experience.
- To coordinate with Flight Operations and Marketing Department for any flight irregularities.
Job Nature : Full-time
Educational Requirements: Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
Experience Requirements: 15 to 20 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
- Retired Armed Forces Officer (Wg. Cdr. / Sqn. Ldr. from BAF and Lt. Col. /Major from Army.
- Having excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should have excellent capabilities in public dealing at Airport.
- Capabilities to develop customer service policies for our domestic Airlines.
- Strong management skill with organizing capabilities.
- Smart, Good looking and hard working.
Salary Range: Negotiable
