Unnato Paribar Gathon Mohila Sangstha (UPGMS) is a Non-profitable organization providing a health service under USAID-DFID NGO Health Service Delivery Project in the northern part of Bangladesh (Rangpur, Kurigram and Lalmonirhat district).

Required Qualification:

  • Masters in social science or business or medical graduate with minimum 8 years Management experience in the NGO sector.  Knowledge of Women rights, Gender mainstreaming, Adolescents Reproductive Health, population development and governance issues will be an added advantage.
  • S/he must have good experience on networking/partnership with GOB and funding authorities.
  • S/he MUST have excellent working knowledge on computer operation (MS word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, MS Outlook and Internet Browsing).  

Skills: Developing project proposals; preparing work plan and reporting project & HR management, project monitoring and supervision, coordination,  negotiation and problem solving, excellent English (Speaking and Writing), communication and presentation skills.
