For Producing Video documentary for the project

“Emergency Assistance for the Forcibly Displaced Myanmar Nationals” of Penny Appeal

Penny Appeal is a charity organization registered and based in UK. Since the start of the Rohingya influx in August 2017, Penny Appeal UK is responding to the crisis in Cox’s Bazar. Poverty Eradication Program (PEP) and Agrajatra, two of the implementing partners of Penny Appeal are there on the ground for supporting the Refugees.

Now the organization intends to engage a qualified and experienced Consultant (Individual/ firm) to produce a video documentary which will focus mainly on current distribution but slightly would touch upon the previous and ongoing other responses of Penny Appeal at Cox’s Bazaar camps. The Terms of Reference is attached herewith. The objective of the Video Documentary is to motivate and communicate local and international audience for raising fund

Supporting documents to be submitted along with Bidding Dossiers:

  • Copy of Update Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate & E- TIN Certificate.
  • Technical & Financial Proposal.
  • The Financial proposal should be mentioned inclusive of VAT. Vat & Tax will be applicable as per Govt. rules.
  • Company Profile highlighting related assignments completed with client name and contact number.(In case of Firm/ Company)
  • In case of Individual freelance Consultant, Detail CV with client list/ previous works.
  • CVs of relevant personnel in the working team. At least two references name needed to be mentioned in each CV.
  • For International Consultant, Work permit and E-TIN Certificate are must to enclose with proposals.
  • Provide own production of 2 similar types of Video Documentaries through Web-link/ Softcopy through fahmida.khanam@united-purpose.org with a copy to shamina.akhtar@pennyappeal.org  which will be evaluated also. 

Interested individuals/ firms who meet the above requirements along with ToR, are requested to drop their Proposals (Technical and Financial) along with supporting documents addressing “The Procurement Committee”, United Purpose (UP), 5th floor, House# 8, Road# 28, Block# K, Banani, Dhaka on or by Thursday 22nd March, 2018 at 3:00 pm in the Tender Box kept at UP Office. It will be also acceptable if any bidder send their quotation to fahmida.khanam@united-purpose.org with a copy to shamina.akhtar@pennyappeal.org

In case of e-mail, scanned copy for supporting documents will be acceptable. The bids shall be opened on the same day i.e Thursday 22nd March, 2018 at 3:30 pm in presence of the Procurement Committee and interested firm/ individual (if any) like to be there at the above-mentioned address.
