Assistant Manager (Marketing) |
Job Nature: Full-time
Job/Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience with preferably, 5 years of experience with FMCG
- Experienced in ATL & BTL activity
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Good business sense and professional & progressive attitude.
- Ability to co-ordinate with team and related internal functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Sound Knowledge and fluency in computer usage, essentially MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Willing to travel frequently.
Minimum Educational Qualifications
- Graduation in Sales & Marketing from a public / recognized university.
Major responsibilities:
- Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
- Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
- Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
- Overseeing the company's marketing budget.
- Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
- Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
- Overall responsibility for brand management and to enhance brand awareness, image and equity.
- Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
- Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
- Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
- Liaison with advertising agency to supervise advertising and promotional campaign.
- Identify & explore the scope of new product & develop the strategy for launching new product.
- Meet the yearly assigned brand wise target.
- Percentage Based Achievement sales target
- Percentage Based Achievement new product launching timing and nos as per calendar
- Percentage Based Achievement growth from new product
- Budget- Timeline and Budget adherence of Marketing activity
- Nos of new product launch as per budget
- Generate monthly performance report of each brand
- % Gain market share
- Market report preparing
Salary Range: Attractive salary for the deserving candidate.
