NCL’s scope of work includes complete project design, engineering, procurement, construction execution of project supplier contracts, transmission and evacuation facilities, water and fuel transport facilities etc. Presently NCL is inviting applications from interested qualified candidates to cover Mechanical and Civil works for construction team and the following positions are offered:

Position: Manager Mechanical

In this role, the person will require to perform a full lifecycle project development where he will lead a team at site to develop mechanical drawing, design, material estimation, calculation, BOQ and implement as per requirement of project standard. The scope of work also includes design systems, components, analyze data and interpret results. Test and evaluate theoretical designs, overall performance and reliability, produce effective solutions to eliminate malfunctions. An active EPC team leader willensure project execution plans & coordination of day to day operational activities. Generate project status reports and documentation.

Location: Project based job area within Bangladesh

Position Requirements:

Work experience in the area of shipbuilding industry and / or project based steel /structural design will be given preference. Hands on experience in project development work under EPC contractor specifically in power plant project development works. Local & overseas experience in the above mentioned areas. Experienced in extensive field work, Tower building.  

Education / Experience Requirements:

• BSc in Mechanical / Marine Engineering (Minimum 5 years’ experienceas team leader / managerial role)
• Diploma in Mechanical / Marine Engineering / Shipbuilding Technology or equivalent educational background (Minimum 7 years’ experience)
• Software Knowledge: Auto CAD, 2D & 3D, Rhinoceros 3D, MS Office, Photoshop

Age Limit; Maximum 40 years
