The company is providing total real estate solution from designing to construction and finally to its management & maintenance. Presently we are inviting applications from interested qualified candidates to fill the position of Project Manager for immediate appointment.

Educational Requirements:  B.Sc in Civil Engineering (12 Years experience) or Diploma in Civil Engineering (15 Years experience) from any Public /Recognized University.

Experience Requirements: Handling big projects including different types of works experience in Structural work will be given preference.

Salary Range: Attractive salary & other benefits will be offered

Job Location:  Anywhere in Bangladesh

Job Responsibilities:

• Scheduling the project.
• Determine the labour requirement to project site.
• Direct & supervise the project.
• Develop & implement quality control program.
• Evaluate construction method and determine the cost effectiveness of plans.
• Prepare & submit budget estimates & progress.
• Ensure site safety and discipline.

Additional Requirement:

• Computer literacy is essential with Auto-CAD
• Good in English written and fluency, report writing.
• Applicant should be hard working, dynamic, have good communication skill, negotiation and coordination skills
• Must have competence to work under pressure to meet deadline in any adverse situation.
• Should be energetic, proactive & possess leadership skills.
