CAD Manager – CAD Department

Job Responsibilities

  • Should able to prepare, develop Pattern independently
  • Must have knowledge of pattern making and grading (Manual & GARBAR Software).
  • Develop, implement and enforce CAD standards and organize the CAD environment.
  • Workout the most efficient consumption for all buyers' orders/styles using CAD.
  • Arrange style wise pattern designing and pattern grading to ensure zero error cutting.
  • Verify & check the patterns to ensure the accuracy of the measurements of the garments.
  • Maintain CAD document archive and retrieval for projects CAD Software inventory.
  • Evaluate staff performance, identify training needs and manage their career development.
  • Ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD and making hundred percent accurate markers.
  • Communicate with product development team to make the product feasible for production and at the same time meeting customers' demand.

Educational Requirements

  • Minimum Textiles Graduate.
  • Educational background can be considered in case of experienced candidate
  • Skills Required: Auto CAD (Knit Garments)

Experience Requirements

  • 10 to 15 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Knit Garments
  • Age 30 to 45 years
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience with Wal-Mart & GP.
  • Must have experience on handling GARBAR Software
  • No need to apply without strong working experience with GARBAR Software.
  • Should able to work under pressure.
  • The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have a good personality.
  • Must demonstrate an attitude of integrity, transparency, proactive stance and positive style.
  • Computer skills in MS-Office, Windows XP, PowerPoint, and E-mail
  • Good oral and written communication skill both in Bangla and English;

Job Location: Gazipur

Salary Range:  Negotiable based on experience
