Job Description / Responsibility

  • To handle and appear in Courts for all cases individually and effectively both in Judge Court and High Court Division.
  • To advise the Company regarding legal issues.
  • To protect the company from any legal issues.
  • Handling in depth of Laws of the land.

Job Nature: Full-time

Educational Requirements:

  • LLB/ LLM from a reputed university/ Institute.
  • Bar Council Membership will get preference.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    • Lawyer, Labor Law, Tax Law, Land

Job Requirements

  • Age 25 to 35 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  • Labor Law, Lawyer, Audit/Investigation, Vat ,Tax Law, Land, Criminal law.
  • The applicants should have advisory experience in the following business area(s):
  • Garments, Textile, Manufacturing Companies
  • Applicants must have good English efficiency.
  • He should possess excellent analytical, researching and reporting skills.

Job Location: Dhaka

Salary Range: Negotiable
