Senior Executive (Brand & Communications)

Job Responsibilities

  • Generate creative and engaging content, including social media contents and posts, in-house media platforms (like MDU, POS displays, and other digital platforms at store premise), articles, social media updates, websites, videos, and more.
  • Assist in planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, such as social media, email marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), and display advertising.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audience behavior, preferences, and trends.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
  • Promote content through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and content syndication.
  • Use analytics tools to track the performance of content and digital marketing campaigns.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Experience Requirements: 3 to 4 year(s)

Work Experience & Skills Requirements:

  • Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, and research.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with an understanding of content marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO tools, email marketing software, and social media management platforms.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing data.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).

Working Relationships:
Internal: Team Members/other Functional Teams/Group & Sister Concern Teams/Management team
External: Creative/digital/activations/events/media buying agencies, Vendors/Suppliers, Partners

Job Location: Gulshan-2, Dhaka-1212
