• Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain good communication with key players in the market and place own services to meet their service needs.
• Connecting with new organizations, C-Level Executives and other decision makers to enhance the market positioning of UNICERT.
• Manage and execute the entire end-to-end selling process, working closely with the UNICERT delivery team (initial lead inquiry, qualification of opportunities, requirements gathering, project scope definition, effort estimation, proposal development, contract negotiation and closing).
• Prepare annual and quarterly sales plan and formularize sales strategy
• Follow up and monitor sales activities and operations
• Analyze market demand and customize offering accordingly
• Develop and manage key relationships with Management/clients and Partners personnel to drive additional new business and provide proper communication on account activity.
• Lead and manage customer engagement opportunities from lead generation, to successful closing of deal.
• Small team management
• Initiate and brainstorm ideas with various business units and facilitate plans to drive more business leads.

Educational Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree Preferably From Business And/or Marketing Background

Experience Requirements:

• 4 To 10 Year(S)

Additional Requirements:

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Suitable candidate should have vast sales experience in the field of quality assurance/supplier management/ social compliance/certification / testing/training/ ICT industries.
• Applicant must have good written English capability. Should be capable to compile documents/reporting independently without grammatical and technical mistakes.
• Applicant must have good typing speed
• Soft skills: Leadership skills, communication skills, flexibility, good decision making skills, integrity, positivity
• Computer Literacy: Must be accustomed with using the MS word, MS excel and powerpoint.
• Should plan to work for at least 3 years.

Job Location: Dhaka
