We are now seeking to recruit a high caliber Consumer Client Services Specialist for our office in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This is an excellent opportunity with experience to take the next step in career in testing. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the followings:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Candidate should be customer focused and sound knowledge on consumer testing in the area of consumer and retail services
  • Coordinates and develops customer relationships by handling customer inquiries and supporting a smooth communication between customers and UL departments.
  • Practical knowledge on invoicing process, review and approval.
  • To work with business support to bill clients in a timely, concise, and profitable manner.
  • Act upon client feedback and assist customers as and when necessary.
  • Work for receiving customer order and uploading the report or result of different customers through software.
  • Handle day to day operations in a timely, complete and proper manner.
  • Build and foster collaboration with internal teams involved in service delivery.
  • Ensure the actual test pricing as per lab testing.
  • Follow all safety rules and protect self as required and instructed.
  • Attend training to develop relevant knowledge & skills.
  • Maintain & develop computerized customer & prospect data base.
  • Maintain and follow up ISO 17025 and report directly to the Supervisor.
  • Perform any other task assigned by the Supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  • B.Sc. & M.Sc. in Chemistry or Applied Chemistry or Textile Engineering.
  • 3 - 5 years experiences for apparel and footwear testing.
  • Need to be able to solve test & customer order related queries in a positive manner.
  • Capable to face technical queries and should have basic knowledge on key account management.
  • Good learning and application attitude with good command in English.
  • Hard working & positive mentality.
