We are now seeking to recruit a high caliber Consumer Administrative Coordinator, Sample Login for our office in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This is an excellent opportunity with experience to take the next step in career in testing. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the followings:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review the submitted sample and test request forms and correspondence to customer support and testing unit.
  • Resister the orders in system following submitted information and protocol and breakdown the sample.
  • Distribute samples to concern test area as per submission and ensure appropriate distribution.
  • Create and update customer test packages in the system.
  • Confirm update/agreed test methods in the system.
  • Confirm the test forecast for the submission of Proforma invoicing/Invoicing.
  • Confirm customer wise record and order handling archives.
  • Monitor and confirm the daily departmental update and report to Manager. 
  • Design daily work handling planning and forecasting and report to Manager. 
  • Handle total departmental & subcontract activities and report to Manager. 
  • Maintain and follow up the ISO 17025. 
  • Perform any other task assigned by the Physical Laboratory Manager/Analytical Laboratory Manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Science Graduate with M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Textile or Chemistry or Physics.
  • 2-4 years’ experience to check the product quality & testing.
  • Have experience for sample handling (sample breakdown & test assignment).
  • Have experience to handle the customers.
  • Good learning and application attitude.
  • Hard working & positive mentality.
