We are now seeking to recruit a high caliber Sales Executive (Regional Manager) for our office in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This is an excellent opportunity with experience to take the next step in career in testing. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the followings:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Increase business opportunities through various routes to market.
  • Positive attitude. Awareness of time and date management and able to prioritize task.
  • Make daily field visits to customers to retain existing business, increase volume and pursue new customers.
  • Analyze data to identify sales opportunities.
  • Promote & sales Training (DETOX & Inspection, Leadership and Soft Skills).
  • Identify potential market for Leather & Footwear test.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by daily customer visit, phone calls, email and social media.
  • Track, collect and intercept sales figures.
  • Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis.
  • Follow up & help Credit for payment collection.
  • Attend trade meetings and industry conventions.
  • Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new services and competition status.

Job Requirements:

  • Business Graduate from any reputed university with 2-4 years of proven experience in related field.
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills.
  • Honest, trustworthy and reliable – Able to maintain high ethical standards.
  • Ability to remain, objective and professional in challenging situations.
  • Ability to work in fast paced work environment both independently and in a group.
